minggu adalah minggu paling meletihkan bagi aku..cg rokies dan cg loh 1 minggu tiada..so ketiadaan dierang membuatkan aku cukup tersiksa..minggu nie penuh dengan taklimat penataran PLBS/PBS untuk upsr,pmr dan spm..aku terkejar ke ppd lama..balik ke pejabat..the pergi balik ke pejabat lama..berapa punye banyak ulang alik daa..dalam pada menunggu, aku g lepak kat PKG..dok dalam aircond..sejuk sket sambil tgk tv cite WONDERPETS..ha.ha.ha..bagus cite tu..layan2..

mesti kita pernah rasa penat kalau dah lama2 dok mengadap pc atau duduk dalam jangka masa waktu yang lama..di sini aku ingin berkongsi sedikit tip..heheh..

kemudian goyang2 kaki dan badan sikit...
buat macam takde masaalah...


buat secara aggresive pula...
jangan peduli apa orang lain kata..


hilangkan semua stress..


pusingkan kepala...


tengok muka kat cermin
sambil goyang2.. lawa tak...


akhir sekali
buat joget kucing...
